Are you planning an event and want unlimited upfront advice – someone you can call and email endlessly with questions and thoughts for your event or wedding? Perhaps you want someone to look through your preliminary budget items to make sure you aren’t forgetting something, or someone who can create a personalized budget or event timeline? Do you want a list of recommended vendors, or want to know how to get the most out of your budget?
I have come across many brides and clients that have needed a selection of my services that have nothing to do with being at the actual event coordinating vendors. If you are a bride with a limited budget, and maybe your venue provides a day of coordinator – it doesn’t always make sense to hire a full-time planner. That being said, that day of coordinator, probably isn’t going to be there to answer all of your questions, find vendors that match your budget, pull together a flawlessly designed event, or even provide a 9 month countdown of what you should have completed by now. That is where an event consulting package would come in.
I have worked with (and am working with) clients that have an extremely limited budget. It brings out my passion and excitement when working within a tight budget as I believe it pushes my creativity and I am able to provide a service that is creating an amazing experience beyond most expectations.
